Package Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
